Inclusive thinking anyone?
The 2009 Q1 results have not been as bad as expected and if you are one of those 'optimists', you are probably talking of 'recovery'. But, life proceeds unmindful of all those vagaries in a tucked-away corner in Chennai. The 45 'orphaned' kids do stay at a 'home'- not the one with mom-&-pop, but more of a refuge until the kids can fend off on their own. But, the winners, runners, losers and spectators of the rat-race remain mostly oblivious of all these in their quest for more. So, if you identify yourself as a rat-racer, it is high-time that you looked beyond yourself and try to include the 'left-overs'...for you are their 'recovery'.

Madras eyes
This 'bottom of the pyramid' hangout place is the 2009 Chennai Trade Fair. An inexpensive entry fee, a variety of stalls, an assortment of rides, food items unique to this event what more can one ask for? Though this place is in stark contrast to the Disneyworlds and other theme parks, this event is an example of inclusive thinking by the Indian Govt.

Crocodile tears
The Indian Govt. is getting carried away by the fake tears and publicity generated by the global powerful and their media. None [ other than Indians] cares about the Mumbai [26/11] disaster, why should the others... when their window panes are still intact? The global powerful's interest lies on the other side of the 'seemingly impregnable' border, why wont the Indian Govt realize this? Or is the Govt doing this to acount for 'all options' used? Instead of grumbling and complaining, Indian Govt should act for once. It should not fall for the tears, instead use the bite.
